By embarking on your journey with Galactic Words, you agree to these fundamental rules of the universe.
1. Galactic License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to explore the word puzzles within Galactic Words. This license is for your personal entertainment and cannot be commercially exploited.
2. Cosmic Conduct
To keep the galaxy fair for everyone, you agree not to:
- Deploy automated bots or scripts to solve puzzles.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the warp engine (the app code).
- Exploit any wormholes (bugs) found during your journey.
3. Virtual Currency & Goods
Virtual currency (Coins) earned or purchased within the app has no real-world value. It is meant solely for unlocking intergalactic hints and features. All sales are managed via Apple's secure ecosystems.
4. Journey Data
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for progress lost due to cosmic radiation (server issues) or individual hardware failure, though we will do our best to assist in recovery.
5. Amendments
As the universe expands, our terms may update. Significant changes will be announced within the mission control station (the app's announcements section).
6. Liability
Galactic Words is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any secondary effects of playing, such as excessive intelligence, expanded vocabulary, or cosmic joy.
